Located on the 5th floor of the hotel the Rugard’s Gourmet awaits its guests with a stylish and exquisite ambiance. The delightful cuisine and the perfect service let you enjoy your candlelight dinner - and the uncomparable view on the beautiful Binzer Bucht makes it unforgettable.

 

Maitre Jörg Reinhardt and his team cook on the highest level and meet highest demands. He is member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs which is also a sign for the high quality of his work. Additionally Reinhardt has been asked to be the chef of Euro-Toques, whose basic idea is to cook without using artificial ad-ons.

Restaurant manager Matthias Keil and his team guarantee a professional and very charming service, supported by the expertise of our wine and water sommelier René Blanco.
