The Rugard Royal Spa at the Rugard Strandhotel is an oasis of well being for your body and soul. 3000 sqm of exclusively furnished rooms for the wide range of wellness and beauty treatments, sports and fitness offers and a salt-water swimming pool with counterflow system will guarantee a great variety of our well being and fitness programms which you can sample and experience during your spa break. This was certified by the German Wellness Association with the Premium Award “Very Good”.
The Rugard Royal Spa offers everything you need for an invigorating spa wellness day:
A salt-water indoor pool with counterflow system (18x6 m), a sauna area with bio sauna (95° C), a bio herbal sauna (55° C) and a Roman stone sauna (55° C) as well as differently heated steam and warming rooms like the gemstone steam grotto (45° C), the Tepidarium (39° C) or the Laconium (75° C). You can refresh in the feet Jacuzzi, with a Kneipp treatment, at the ice fountain and in one of the snail style showers, before you relax in one of our two resting rooms e.g. on water beds.
Thus, our beauty farm concept is quite simple: We want to spoil you - completely! Inspite of relaxing and soothing face treatments you have the choice of classic style massages, Hot Stone or Herbal Stamp massages as well as various Ayurveda treatments. Well being pure is guaranteed by our exclusive body treatments in the Floating Pool, the Beauty Bath, on the Soft Pack Couch for body packs or in the Serail bath with five different muds.
A special highlight is the trilogy for the exclusive pair treatment with the steam shower, a luxurious treatment tub, the massage lounger and the after treatment relaxing zone.
All our treatments in our beauty farm are performed with the precious products of CARITA PARIS, Clynol, CLARINS PARIS, THALGO COSMETICS, Terrake and KOH.
