Frequently asked questions Good to know

When should the room be vacated on the day of departure?

You are welcome to use your room including key cards until 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you wish, you can already receive your hotel bill the evening before.

Are there rooms for allergy sufferers?

Yes, our hotel has rooms that are specially designed for allergy sufferers. If you have any questions, we will be happy to help you!

Is it possible to have breakfast in the hotel room?

You would like privacy while eating and therefore prefer to have breakfast in your room? No problem! To order, please fill out the order form that you find in your room folder. Please announce the room breakfast in the restaurant or at the reception until 18.00 the day before. Your breakfast can then be served from 07.00 at your preferred time. For this service, we charge a floor surcharge of 10 € per order.

Does every room have a balcony or terrace?

Not every room in our house has a balcony or terrace. For more information on the individual rooms and whether they have a balcony or terrace, please refer to the respective room description. Please take into account that from 22.00 o'clock the volume on the balcony or terrace must be adjusted so that all guests of our house can enjoy their stay. We thank you for your understanding!

Is there a safe in every room?

Yes, each room is equipped with its own safe. We would like to point out that the hotel does not assume any liability for the valuables stored in the room. A central safe is also located at the reception desk.

Are dogs allowed?

Pets are welcome with us and may be brought. They are accommodated on the first floor. However, please understand that pets are not allowed in our restaurants and the wellness areas for hygienic reasons.

Is there a telephone connection in the hotel rooms?

All rooms are equipped with two telephones each with analog connection. If you want to get an outside line, please dial "0". If you would like to make a call from room to room, just dial the desired room number.

Is there wifi in the hotel?

Our entire hotel has Wi-Fi. In order to connect to the network, follow the instructions in the black folder on the desk of your room.

Is there a baby crib in the hotel room?

If you need a baby crib in your room, please contact our reception and they will take care of it.
