Limousine service Exclusive. Reliable. Safe.

A luxurious start to your well-deserved Baltic Sea vacation: Let our elegant limousines pick you up right at your doorstep - luggage service included, of course. The limousines have modern equipment so that you can make yourself comfortable in the fully air-conditioned interiors even in summer. Our chauffeurs are punctual, discreet and have excellent local knowledge. On the comfortable ride you may already leave the everyday life behind you, enjoy the landscape and look forward to a carefree time full of beautiful impressions in the Baltic resort Binz.

The costs for the limousine service amount to 550 € for a journey from Berlin to Binz and back. This amount is valid for all trips as an from-price.

E-charging station Vacation with your E-car

If you are environmentally conscious and travel with your own electric car, you will find two e-charging stations in the underground car park of our hotel. Here, your car is well taken care of while you can enjoy your vacation and recharge your own "batteries", for example, during a relaxing wellness session, a romantic walk or regional specialties.

Children's and youth club Added value for the whole family

The children's and youth club will be open again at Christmas, New Year's Eve and from Easter 2025. Children between the ages of three and 15 can enjoy a variety of activities such as table football, painting and arts and crafts and meet vacation friends their own age. Over the Christmas period, the turn of the year and Easter, we also have special program items on offer, including Christmas decorations and gift making, cookie baking and Easter egg hunts.

Hairdressing salon FIGARO Always top styled

Enjoy an appointment at the hairdresser’s without time pressure and stress. Right at the entrance of our large Rugard Royal Spa, the hairdressing salon "Figaro" will conjure up a new cut, fresh color or an elegant hairstyle for a special dinner for two. You will be exclusively pampered with certified vegan, silicone and paraben-free products from "PUR Hair", which care for your hair and scalp with natural ingredients. Appointments are available daily by appointment by calling 038393 / 56847 (hairdresser) or 038393 / 56699 (spa reception).

What credit cards are accepted in the hotel?

The following credit cards are accepted in our hotel: American Express, Master Card and Visa as well as all EC cash cards.

Is it possible to rent a car/bikes on site?

You travel without a car and still want to explore the beautiful island of Rügen individually by car or bike? Our reception will be happy to assist you with car rental by contacting a respective company for you. For renting bicycles, please let our team at the reception know already in the morning for the selected day.

Are there parking facilities for the car?

You can conveniently park your vehicle in the hotel's own underground garage. Please note that parking in the garage as well as on the hotel forecourt is subject to a charge of €15.00 per day and vehicle. The marked fire department access roads must be kept clear at all times for safety reasons.

Where can my electric car be charged?

We would like to offer you comprehensive service, therefore you have the possibility to charge your electric vehicle in our underground car park. The reception will be happy to inform you about the use and instruction.

Is there childcare at the hotel?

We offer childcare in our children's and youth club (open at Christmas, New Year's Eve and then again from Easter 2024) between the Rugard Thermal Strandhotel and the Arkona Strandhotel. By the way: If you need an additional baby crib, please ask at our reception.

Are dogs welcome in the hotel?

Pets are welcome with us! However, we ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends may not be brought into our restaurants and wellness areas for hygienic reasons and must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel. Please also read the dog regulation of the district of Rügen. The visitor's tax for your dogs is calculated at € 1.00 per dog per day.

Are there any doctor's offices near the hotel?

If you need a doctor during your vacation or want to know where the nearest pharmacy is, our team at the reception will help you at any time and answer your questions.

Is it possible to play golf near the hotel?

On the island of Rügen there are two golf courses you can choose between. Near Lohme about 28 km from the Baltic resort of Binz is the 9-hole golf course of Schloss Ranzow. An 18-hole golf course awaits you at Schloss Karnitz in Putbus, about 26 km away. If you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them at our reception.

Can rooms be rented for meetings or celebrations?
