At what time should the room be vacated on the day of departure?
You are welcome to use your room and key cards till 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Your hotel bill can be provided the evening before upon request.

Yes, our hotel provides rooms specifically suited for guests with allergies. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Is it possible to have breakfast in the hotel room?
Would you prefer to enjoy your breakfast in the privacy of your room? No problem! Please order your in-room breakfast at reception by 6:00 p.m. the day before. Your breakfast will be served from 7:00 a.m. at your preferred time.

Do all rooms have a balcony or terrace?
Not all of our rooms are equipped with a balcony or terrace. For detailed information on each room category and whether it includes a balcony or terrace, please refer to the respective room description. Kindly note that from 10:00 p.m. onwards, noise levels on balconies or terraces should be kept low to ensure all guests can enjoy a pleasant and restful stay. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there a safe in every room?
Yes, all our rooms and suites are equipped with a private safe. Please note that the hotel accepts no liability for valuables stored in the room. A central safe is also available at reception.

Are dogs allowed?
Pets are very welcome at our hotel. Accommodation is available exclusively on the ground floor and only with prior arrangement. We kindly ask for your understanding that, for hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in our restaurants or the wellness area.

Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel?
Yes, our entire hotel is equipped with Wi-Fi. You can obtain the Wi-Fi password at reception. It is also printed on the back of the cardholder for your room key.
